Gebrselassie Tsegaye of Ethiopia won 24th Belgrade Marathon

BELGRADE, Serbia — Gebrselassie Tsegaye of Ethiopia won the 24th Belgrade Marathon on Sunday, ending five years of dominance by Kenyans.
