“Suddenly he came from the left hand side and swerved,” said Amruddin Sadr, a cab driver who was also run off the road.

“I was wondering what happened, the guard rail I hit and I wound up right here.”

Police say the driver of the van was traveling over 90 miles an hour as he headed west toward the airport.

Before hitting the cab, police say the driver rear ended a Chrysler Pacifica sending it off the road with a toddler inside.

“There’s a car with an infant,” said Sadr, the cab driver, “We went over, I stopped and asked her if she’s injured or anything or if baby is fine but they took them to the hospital.”

A spokesperson for the Airport’s Authority says when police caught up with the van it was parked at the terminal. There were no passengers inside.

Said Sadr, “It’s crazy, when you have an accident you have to stop, if you’re a normal person you have to stop and help the injured people or ask them you know?”
